“This is a stylish property with a striking modern design, occupying its own jetty in Southampton Harbour. I especially appreciate the rooftop bar, one of the UK's best, and the luxury spa; it's a place where relaxation and indulgence meet. The attention to detail, like the congratulations card for anniversaries and complimentary gin, elevates the experience.”

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
The reception team was great.
The bathroom was not clean. There were hairs and a hair clip on the floor (I found it quite shocking). I expected more from a hotel advertised as five-star.
